American Yellow Labrador Retriever for Adoption- 1 Year Old in Baileyton, Tennessee For Sale

My name is Molson... and I am a one year old, male yellow labrador retriever. My mom is going back to Canada for the summer and for various reasons, cannot bring me along. Much to her sadness and regret, she needs to find me a new home.
I just turned one year old on March 15th, and I am an extremely lively puppy. My mom has raised me since I was 6 1/2 weeks old- I am fully potty-trained, neutered, UTD on all shots and healthy as can be!
I am a big puppy- weighing close to 80 lbs. My mom is very active, and we walk every morning for 2 hours before she has to go to class. She also takes me to the dog park for an hour in the evening. We go hiking in every weekend- I love to be outside, BUT I am an indoor dog.
I know commands such as "come", "sit", "stay", "bang" (play dead), "good day" (shake) and "leave it". I have grown up in a home with another female dog, and a cat. I am very friendly, and I love to play-much to the cat's demise.
I walk well on a leash, and I love to run- my mom and I had been training for a 5k run this summer (but with the turn of events, I will no longer be able to go home with her and participate).
I have a crate- which sometimes stresses me out when I am left in it for more than 3 hours, but I have been getting better. I love to be around people and children- but I do sometimes jump, which I need to work on.
My mom would like me to go to a family who wants an INDOOR dog- preferably one who has a large fenced in backyard, and who doesn't mind spending their weekends playing, taking me on walks and hiking. I am very, very active!

I hate to have to rehome Molson- he is my best friend, and it breaks my heart that I may have to find him a new home.*
